A suicide bombing outside the Indian embassy in the Afghan capital Monday killed at least 40 people, many of them civilians waiting to collect visas, an interior ministry spokesman told reporters.
According to a foreign news agency, an explosive loaded car Monday morning rammed into 4 vehicles parked outside the Indian embassy here, which resulted in instant death of 40 persons, while 141 injured were shifted to the hospital by relief workers.
